How do I access my workout programs?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to my mobile training app. Log in from your mobile device to view your workouts, track progress and message me with any questions you may have.
Do I need equipment for the plans?
Sessions are bespoke to you and use body weight movements, different types of equipment that create resistance and are gym based or from home. For best results, a basic set of dumbbells is recommended, but I tailor exercises to what you have available.
Can I switch programs if my goals change?
Absolutely. I understand that goals evolve. Reach out and I’ll help you transition to a more suitable program.
